We offer free FedEx or DHL shipping on every order.

Made-to-Order takes about 10 days,（center stone weight more than 0.5ct takes about 5 days) 2-5 days for shipping

Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Prior to receiving your Brillistar order, the customs office of the destination country may apply customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. Customs policies vary depending on country.

All customs, duties and taxes will be applied by the customs office of the country to which the order is delivered. Taxes and duties on orders will be calculated based on the rates in effect the date your order ships. For orders shipping to other countries, please contact your country’s customs office if you require information regarding applicable tax or duty rates.

BUT DON'T WORRY! Brillistar will take care of all tax.
